The New Philadelphia Housing Plan is a collaborative effort to build Attainable Homes for the hard working families of Tuscarawas County. After Matt and Audra Karam realized some of their children couldn't afford a home without parental assistance, they decided to take action. After months of conversations with community leaders a plan developed for a way to successfully build Attainable Housing in the New Philadelphia community. To achieve this we have already received commitments from Community Partners including: Joel Day, The Mayor of New Philadelphia, Keim Lumber, and over 20 other critical Community Partners to make the vision of Attainable Housing in Tuscarawas county a reality.
